58 years of combined clinical experience has taught us a few things.

  • We overestimate the changes we can make to our health in the short term and under estimate the changes we can make in the longer term.
  • We seriously under estimate the effects of stress on our wellbeing.
  • We over estimate our ability to press on and cope with over work or life’s pressures.
  • We often hope that we can take some medicine and all will be better.
  • There is a specific progression to healing and ignoring this sequence provides only band aid cures, and of course all band aids fall off at some time.
  • That emotional stress becomes physical stress and that physical stress becomes emotional stress, and both aspects need to be addressed.
  • That pharmaceutical drugs, nutritional supplements and herbal remedies all have their place in healing and wellness and that we need the right approach at the right time.
  • That we all need a way to release stress in our lives on a daily basis, and that if we don’t, we will suffer the consequences, either as health problems or reduced vitality and quality of life.
  • That if we take action of the right kind over time we can regain our vitality and joy for life.
  • That there is no one path that suits everyone, but instead of spending years waiting to discover what you need to do, by following a comprehensive vital health recovery program you will achieve what you want for yourself.
  • That persisting with habits such as smoking, recreational drugs, over use of prescription drugs, excessive alcohol or any other self-destructive habit will shorten your life span and quality and you will not be able to enjoy vital health as long as you do these things.
  • You don’t need to become fanatical or obsessive about health, just set a course and stick to it, resolving each problem as it arises.
  • You will not achieve a state of vital health all the benefits that it offers you if you do nothing or change nothing.
  • That old rules of nutrition are no longer valid.

A six to twelve month period is just a random length of time. Some will bounce forward into healing quickly and some will take longer, of course it depends on your current state of health, your personal situation and your age to a lesser extent.

Charging in to this program will only create more stress in your life, so we are strongly suggesting that you follow our program either exactly or as close as possible to how we recommend it

For example a digestive repair program is 6 weeks typically but may need as much as 12 weeks depending on your current level of health.

You will experience a mix of body systems programs e.g. the vital adrenals program, physical strategies such as deep breathing and Chi-Kung, and emotional stress management programs.

Each designed to carefully and effectively move you from your current state to that of vital health.

We are realists, for some people their vital health goal could be 100% improvement, but for others 50% may be life changing, and yet others a 5% improvement may lift their quality of life enough to make life more bearable.
