Nutritional Self Defense And Weight Loss

Nutritional Self Defence And Weight Loss

Hi Vibrant Health Seeker

In a dangerous situation if you could defend yourself I’m sure you would, but when it comes to food we don’t often think about being attacked.

But that is exactly what is happening to us on the inside. Digestive researchers testing for gut permeability found that in young student test studies showed that a single meal of McDonalds took a full 14 days for the lining of their small intestines to fully recover.

That is a food attack and the easiest way to defend against is, not to eat it. Of course it’s not just the golden arches chain which sell dodgy food. Any fast food fried disaster could create the same problem.

When we consume any product made from any grain which has been sprayed with glycosphate, (roundup) the residue goes to our digestion and destroys the healthy bacteria in our gut leading to many different health problems. This is a food attack.

When we consume a processed food which breaks down to sugar in our blood stream causing a large release of insulin and resulting in weight gain and inflammation, that is a food attack.

When our diets make us feel tired, grumpy, unwell or sick, that is a food attack.

When we consume enough alcohol to give us a hangover or at least under par, that is a food attack.

When we eat foods with trans fat such as baked goods and butter alternatives we are being attacked.

The unfortunate rule is that any sugar rich, processed food including grains and potatoes attack our bodies, leaving us sick or unwell.

We are now the perfect fodder for the pharmaceutical industry which prefers us to be sick but alive.

If you knew a food was off, and that it would make you sick within a few hours, then you would not eat it. So what is the difference in eating foods which we all now know to make us sick over a longer term.

It is up to you and me to defend ourselves, not your family or doctor or drug companies, and ultimately we are in complete control as to what foods and drinks we consume. We all live in societies that provide us with a vast selection of food both good and bad and it is just as easy to eat foods that help us as it is to eat foods that make us sick.

Fortunately eating a diet free from sugar, grains and processed foods makes it possible to take back our health.

Wishing you Vibrant health and happiness
