Who Else wants The Longevity Miracle Pill?

You will have to get in queue behind me, but we could be waiting a very long time. There are pharmaceutical companies all over the world who would love to supply this drug, but that is not where the big research dollars are being directed.

Governments do not consider aging as a disease or a priority. Of course it’s not a disease in itself but most people experience a variety of health problems as they age, such as arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

It is not enough to sit back and wait for a miracle drug while every day you get older and maybe sicker. So I ask you, when would today, be a good day to start your own anti-aging longevity programme.

You will most likely fall into one of two groups.

  1. You are trying your best but still struggling.
  2. You are eating a standard SAD (standard American /Australian diet) but you want much more for yourself or you have had enough of feeling sick fat or in pain.

There is another large group, pardon the pun, but they aren’t reading this article. They will be one’s who criticize you for making changes, they will laugh when you make positive choices but the smile will be on your face as you enjoy your new healthy body.

The secret to your health and longevity is to recognise two facts.

  1. The low fat, eat less, exercise more message that has been shoved down our throats by overweight medical bureaucrats for 55 years needs to be flushed straight down the conservative tubes.
  2. The lower carb higher fat model which has been promoted since the early 1900’s, and has been proven to be the best model to help humans lose weight and avoid or minimise many of the illnesses which plague human kind.

All over the world there are clinicians and researchers who prove this model works over and over. Some work with MS, some auto immune disease, others with epilepsy, brain injury or thyroid and yet others work to reduce the side effects of cancer therapies.

Then there are those who help thousands lose weight or reduce their pain or even to be better endurance athletes.

And at the core there is a simple truth, it’s that less sugar, grains and processed food, means that our bodies secrete much less insulin. This is the key to a healthier longer life.
