10 Things to Do To Boost Your Body’s Engine

Hi Vibrant Health Seeker

Cars have all kinds of engines, some small, some large, some slow some fast, some powerful, some economical and some broken.

Human bodies all have the same basic engine design but there is a vast difference in performance.

The good news is that you can re-tune your engine, and in most cases it’s easier than you think.

Here are 6 simple things anyone can do.

  1. The fuel you put in your tank is the first and most obvious way to produce energy. Lots of green and coloured vegetables, quality meat, nuts, avocados and olive oil.
  2. Water provides hydration for every cell, especially in your brain. As they say, buy a filter or be a filter.
  3. Omega 3 fats from fish not linseed, as it converts poorly to omega 3 and cholesterol are essential components of the membranes of every cell ensuring that nutrients can be entered and wastes removed.
  4. Reducing sugar, toxic vegetable oils such as safflower, sunflower, grape seed, cotton seed and canola, and grains reduces inflammation, which is a huge drain on your energy and your quality of life, via high levels of insulin.
  5. Ensuring there are no water leaks in your environment, producing mold which attacks your cells. Check for stains and water damage.
  6. Removing as much as possible any toxins in the form of cleaning agents and personal products which place a huge strain on your liver.
  7. Regular daily activity with occasional strong, short bursts of exercise. Plus finding an interest which forces you to move your body.
  8. Ensuring you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Insufficient sleep is the enemy of physical and emotional health. A dark quiet room that isn’t too hot. Sleep deprivation is a component of many health problems and the old idea of sleep less to get more done has been proven wrong, as tired people are inefficient people.
  9. Supplement with Omega 3, Co Enzyme 10, Magnesium and a multi mineral will ensure you are caring for the engines in your cells.

In the human body we have about 37 trillion cells and each of those cells have on average 1500 mitochondria and every one of these which are like tiny engines which produce energy.

The nine points above will protect your cells and your mitochondria and give you the best possible chance of producing high levels of mental and physical energy.
