7 Ways To Be A Weight Loss Change Warrior

So you want to lose weight, perhaps you have a shelf full of diet books; you are counting calories and sweating at the gym.

Or maybe you feel so disappointed and frustrated by past failures that you feel stuck and unable to move forward believing you will only fail again.

I would ask you to consider the change warrior approach.

  1. Imagine your desired weight outcome. Ensure it is within the bounds of reality in a reasonable period of time. I know you may have done this before so stay with me.
  2. Start a low carb diet such as in the roadmap to vibrant health.
  3. Make a solid commitment to yourself to do all you can to stay with this programme for the foreseeable future.
  4. Seek help to make it easier to deal with the emotional food rollercoaster.
  5. Follow all instructions during your sessions and in the weeks afterwards.
  6. Embrace the B.L.U.R protocol. Collapse the negative beliefs, create new empowering beliefs, Learn new skills and keep repeating the process.
  7. Keep on being a change warrior. Get help and support as you need it. Keep coming back to it if you have any difficulties.

Being a weight loss change warrior means putting on your super hero underwear each day. Reminding yourself that you are worth it. And sticking to the programme come what may.

But also recognising that you are human and not a machine and that there will be times you struggle or times when you just throw your hands in the air and eat everything in sight.

Don’t forget to be kind to yourself along the way. Become your own friend and supporter, back yourself up. After all you have to live in your skin and you alone will feel the benefits and the ups and downs.
